1. Who Can Join
You must be 21 or older to use Cupidential. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 21 and that the information you share is true.

2. The Service
Cupidential offers free, intuition-based introductions. I review your answers personally and, if I sense a promising match, I may offer an introduction. Introductions are offered as a courtesy, and there is no guarantee of any match, relationship, or outcome.

3. No Background Checks
I do not perform criminal, identity, or background checks on anyone. Please use your own judgment with every person you meet.

4. Your Safety
Meet in public places, tell a friend where you'll be, arrange your own transportation, and trust your instincts. You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, and interactions with anyone you meet through Cupidential.

5. The Green Flag Pledge
Everyone is asked to show up with honesty, kindness, and respect. I may decline or end participation for anyone who is dishonest, disrespectful, or unsafe, at my sole discretion.

6. Fees and Events
Introductions are always free. Special events, if offered, may require a ticket purchase. Donations to any charity are completely optional and go directly to the organization you choose, never to Cupidential.

7. Limitation of Liability
Cupidential is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cupidential and Crystal Crosby are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of this site, any introduction, or any interaction or relationship that follows.

8. Content and Trademarks
All content on this site, including text, images, and the Cupidential™ name and logo, belongs to Cupidential and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with a new date.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
